We are a National Property Management Company who specialize in 55(+) Mobile home community and RV Resort management. We are currently managing multiple properties across Florida and are in need of a highly motivated career seeker for our Maintenance Department. The duties include but not are not limited to Landscaping/ Lawn Maintenance Irrigation repair Grounds keeping Pool Maintenance Pressure Washing Utility Locate/ Detection Waste Management We also carry a wide variety of skill sets among our maintenance department team (i.e. carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electric, and much more) in which you can learn from and also teach us yours! We will provide you to tools to make an impact and learn, in return we want to see what you can accomplish and would love to have you as a part of our team!
Position Requirements:
Landscape/ Lawn Care Experience (min. 1 Yrs.) Irrigation Experience Maintenance Technician Experience (min. 1 Yr.)
