Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. This is a

PART TIME

Key Responsibilities :

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our condominium community. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing hands-on work with general maintenance repairs of our condo/housing association and equipment
• Completing cleaning duties as assigned, including maintaining the pool house area (excluding the pool itself), and clearing debris from the parking lot and grounds
• Contributing to the effective operations of the department by demonstrating dependability
• Adhering to association requirements, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborating with all staff to maintain the safety and security of all residents, visitors, and workers in the community

Physical Demands:

• Repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking
• Lifting parts and tools weighing on average 20 pounds, occasionally weighing up to 49 pounds
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours, and wet or uneven surfaces

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of irrigation, and carpentry repairs
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
