⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Maintenance Technicians for Residential Property Needed (Holiday, FL) Sunbay Apartments 4348 Plaza Dr compensation: From $19-$22/hour, commensurate with experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Maintence Technician Sunbay Apartments is actively hiring for up to 3 maintenance technicians to support the 224-unit property located in Holiday, FL. Our maintenance staff is responsible for the general upkeep and physical conditions of the premises from both a preventative and corrective standpoint. A working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances, such as stoves, dishwashers, disposals, and refrigerators is required, as well as familiarity with electricity, plumbing, and carpentry. Pay commensurate with experience, between $19-$22/hour While performing the duties of this job, maintenance workers will need to move throughout any given property (and its surrounding premises) to execute all tasks, traverse from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. It shall be essential to this role’s job functions that any worker be able to exert up to 40 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 40 pounds frequently, and/or up to 40 lbs of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
