The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various maintenance tasks, ensuring that all apartment fixtures are operating efficiently and safely. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair all facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance Trouble-shooting and repair of HVAC systems Manage service requests with efficiency Execute residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required. Fabricate components as necessary to support maintenance operations. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and staff. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems. HVAC certification preferred but not required Experience in supervising maintenance staff or projects is a plus. Plumbing & electrical skills Familiarity with facilities maintenance best practices. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with clients. Experience in residential painting techniques is advantageous.
