Available Positions:
1. Groundskeepers (Entry Level) $17hr No experience required.
Responsibilities:
Picking up trash, pressure washing, leaf blowing, trash out removals, and curb appeal maintenance.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 2. Make Ready/Punch Technicians $20hr Handyman experience required: electrical, plumbing, light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, installation of appliances.
Requirements:
Must have your own tools. Minimum 6 months of experience. 3. Service Technicians $24hr Handyman experience required, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot and install appliances.
Requirements:
Must have your own tools. Minimum 6 months of experience. 4. HVAC and EPA Certified Technicians $26hr HVAC troubleshooting, installation, and repair experience required. Handyman experience required, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot major appliances.
Requirements:
Must have your own tools. 5. Maintenance Supervisors $28hr Previous experience overseeing maintenance staff required. HVAC and EPA certification preferred.
