About the Opportunity As the Facilities Technician at Monin, you will perform facility repairs and preventive maintenance for off-site warehouses and the Clearwater location, including, but not limited to, pressure washing, painting, plumbing, electrical, lighting, basic carpentry, basic A/C, and basic mechanical. Fabrication experience is preferred. What You’ll Do Travel to different facilities and off-site locations to purchase and pick up supplies and parts as needed. Proactively inspect facilities for needed work. Complete assigned tasks. Drive continuous improvement in building maintenance Ensure that staff amenities are well supplied in good conditions Support the Company’s food safety, quality, and SQF policies Upholds and inspires adoption of company mission and values. Promote a collaborative team environment where staff are invested and encouraged to contribute ideas. Manages all other projects as assigned by company leadership Self-starter Document repairs and work in CMMS. Communicate effectively via in-person communication and email. Minor possibility to work across shifts at different hours of the day depending on the severity and vendor availability. Weekend work when required but likely to work two weekends per month. Other Qualifications & Considerations 5 plus years of experience in Industrial/ Building Maintenance.
