Floor Cleaning Technician TruClean Floor Care Inc. The Carpet Cleaning Technician will be responsible for all aspects of floor cleaning. The technician must be able to work alone and or at times be able to work with others and under the direction of the Operations Manager. Often, clients will not be on the worksite when work is being performed, so as a result, good communication with the customer and our office through outlets like notes, photos, video, emails, texts, etc., is essential. In all cases, the Technician is responsible for ensuring that commercial clients are serviced right the first time.

Compensation:

$18 – $20 hourly with extra commission options

Responsibilities:

Utilizing the daily safety and materials checklist, check the work van for safety, equipment, and materials; stock the van if needed Must oversee all operations on each job and maintain situational awareness and safety. Make sure that Truck mount operations and safety standards are adhered to Recommending other services while at the job, and doing on-the-spot demonstrations if asked Responsible for obtaining signatures and payments from customers and closing their end-of-day sales if needed Working in the client’s place of business, cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile floors, and other tasks Ability to drive the company van

Qualifications:

Have a great attitude, be helpful with teammates and customers, and be courteous in their place of business Be able to lift equipment occasionally, up to 60 pounds Able to speak and write in English Maintain a clean-cut and neat appearance Have a clean, valid driver’s license Reliable transportation to work Be able to do physical work Pass a background check and be drug free Show up to work on time every day, energetic and friendly Present yourself well while working with clients that expect outstanding customer service An eye for detail, doing a thorough job cleaning, and being organized while still being productive and getting jobs done on time About Company At TruClean, we’re not just cleaners – we’re craftsmen.
