Clearwater Beach building (Clearwater Beach)  compensation: $40 per hour I am refitting my condo – hanging curtains, mounting TVs, assembling and moving furniture, lighting, etc. and some small jobs. I need a handyman who can do these over the next several weeks – probably 3 to 4 hours at a time. I am willing to pay up to $40 per hour (hourly only). There is parking in the building; building allows handymen from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. M-F. Please email with experience, availability, and acceptable compensation.
