The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional. If you have a passion for fixing things and enjoy working independently, we would love to hear from you. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention. Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including an ohmmeter, for electrical repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Experience Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools. Basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks. Experience using an ohmmeter is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
