As an Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of residential water filtration systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform installations of whole-home water filtration systems according to specifications and company standards. Conduct site assessments and configure installations based on system requirements. Utilize plumbing tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as an Ohmmeter for electrical components when applicable. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure installations meet safety regulations and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during and after installation. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure all tools and materials are properly stored. Document installation details and report any issues or discrepancies to management. Qualifications Experience in installation, plumbing, irrigation, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the use of an Ohmmeter and standard plumbing/electrical testing tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
