un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Maintenance (Clearwater) compensation: $17/HR Temporary Maintenance Technician – $17/hr | 25-30
Hours/Week Location:
Clearwater, FL.
Duration:
6-8 weeks (with the possibility of extension) We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide essential support to our team while our current technician is on light duty. This temporary assignment is expected to last approximately 6 to 8 weeks, with the potential to extend depending on ongoing needs.
Schedule:
Part-time:
25 to 30 hours per week Start Time 8am-as late as 4pm Flexible hours may be available based on workload and availability
Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Patching and repairing walls Painting and touch-ups Assisting with minor general repairs Cleaning and preparing apartments for turnover Supporting the maintenance team as needed to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
