Nights Th e community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth North Pinellas The role you’ll contribute: Performs general maintenance and preventive maintenance per Hospital policy. General Knowledge of air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, electrical distribution and systems, boiler and boiler water testing/treatment, Life Safety equipment, Oxygen, Medical Air, Nitrogen Systems and Emergency Generator Operator. Performs Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Work Requests as assigned and required reports in timeframe set by Policies & Procedures. Assigned as “On-Call” Mechanic on a rotational basis.   • Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and repairs throughout the Hospital
  • Responsible for building maintenance of all satellite offices to include Palm Harbor Emergency Department
  • Cooling Towers Testing and Treatment
  • Maintain Water Softener salt levels, maintenance and settings
  • General Maintenance, operations and treatment of boilers
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Life Safety Systems
  • On a “Scheduled” basis covers On-Call during off shift for emergency repairs
  • Conduct Rounding’s of all On-Line Equipment to include recording of pressures, temperatures and the understanding of out of parameter readings and whom to report to
  • Member of Hazmat Team Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 Years Healthcare Building Maintenance Experience
