-Diagnosing and resolving issues with machinery, equipment, and building systems.
Preventative Maintenance:
-Implementing and following a maintenance schedule to prevent breakdowns and ensure systems are functioning optimally.
Installation and Maintenance:
-Installing new equipment, systems, and fixtures, as well as maintaining existing ones.
General Upkeep:
-Performing tasks such as cleaning, painting, carpentry, and landscaping to maintain the overall condition of the facility.
Safety Compliance:
-Ensuring all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and standards.
Record Keeping:
