Full Job Description Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the club’s multiple properties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in facility maintenance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of club facilities, equipment, and systems across multiple properties. Conduct general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Maintain the safety and functionality of all common areas, including marinas, docks, pools, dining areas, and event spaces. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to club operations. Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and special project installations as needed. Keep maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Work collaboratively with the Facilities Manager and other team members to maintain a high standard of club presentation. Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and repair materials. Travel between club properties as needed to complete maintenance tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in facility maintenance, repair work, or a related field. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certifications are a plus. Reliable transportation for traveling between club properties.
