Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at KRI Properties, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of our properties, contributing to our commitment to providing a ‘Disney Like’ experience for our residents. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our facilities and supporting our mission of excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff, providing excellent customer service. Diagnose issues with electrical systems, logic controllers, and other mechanical systems. Read and interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting and repairs. Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance issues before they escalate. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in property management or facilities maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques. Excellent communication skills in English for effective interaction with residents and team members. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on resident satisfaction. Basic welding skills are a plus but not mandatory.
