What We’re Looking For:
HVAC Certification required Experience in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and make ready Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems Diagnose and repair plumbing and electrical issues Complete carpentry projects and appliance repairs Prepare units for new residents (“make ready”) Respond promptly to service requests Why Join Us?
