Maintenance Technician Temp Experts Safety Harbor, FL 34695 Maintenance Technician Safety Harbor, FL Direct Hire TempExperts is in search of an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Safety Harbor, Florida . Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and fixing issues. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. 3-Phase electrical experience is required for this position.
Responsibilities :
Conduct regular inspection checklist to identify maintenance needs and address them efficiently. Perform maintenance tasks such as electrical, welding and mechanical. Troubleshoot and repair machines fixtures, and systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report significant repair needs. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment. 3-Phase electrical experience is required. Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an advantage.
