Senior Maintenance Technician Kimball Key, LLC Saint Petersburg, FL 33716 Seeking highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at our beautiful apartment community in the St.
Pete / Gandy
area. Must have a great work ethic and attention to detail. HVAC experience is required. Base pay is based on skills, experience and leadership level. Great work environment and benefits!
Responsibilities Include:
All facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance Trouble-shooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing stacks, electrical, etc. Completing service requests Grounds maintenance as needed
Requirements:
HVAC certification preferred but not required Prior apartment make-ready & work-order experience preferred Plumbing & electrical skills Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies Own tools & transportation Strong communication skills Fun work environment!
