Seeking a top-tier, reliable, and honest handyman for immediate work in St. Pete. We require individuals who are not only expert in their craft but also possess unimpeachable integrity. Proof of identification and 3 real customer references will be required for all serious applicants.
Projects Include:
Priority One:
27th St N, St. Pete 1. Drywall repair and painting. Correct installation of a window AC unit. 2.
Yard work:
Create a French drain to effectively divert water away from the structure. 3. Repair soffit
Priority Two:
Whiting Dr SW 1. Thorough removal of all useless wood debris from the yard (post-storm cleanup). 2. Careful relocation and organization of useful items. 3. Repair or install a vinyl door 4 Prepare home for future sale (details discussed upon contact).
Priority Three:
NEW TAMPA
1. MOWING and hedging a yard, some cleaning and planting; Must have a a mower 2. redo a garage floor painting misused by a crooked contractor 3.
