YOUR ROLE
As an Apartment Maintenance Tech, your day will begin with preparing units for new residents, ensuring each one is clean, comfortable, and fully functional. Throughout the day, you’ll handle various tasks promptly and efficiently, from troubleshooting technical issues to performing routine upkeep. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to maintaining the overall appeal of our community.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, with typical hours being Monday through Friday. Additionally, occasional Saturday shifts are required. On-call duties are rotated among team members for emergencies outside regular hours.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECH A
