What You ll

Be Doing:

You ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across our facility by:

Keeping Us Running:

Performing daily preventative maintenance (PM) on industrial dryers and specialized machinery to ensure reliable production.

Solving Problems:

Diagnosing and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues on complex systems. Beyond the

Machines:

Taking care of general building maintenance, including plumbing and basic fabrication tasks.

Staying Organized:

Utilizing CMMS software to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain PM schedules.

Getting Hands-On:

Safely operating a scissor lift and managing multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.

Collaborating:

Communicating with management and fellow team members to keep operations transparent and efficient.

The Details:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM•1:30 PM, with regular overtime required.

Compensation:

Up to $28/hour, depending on experience.

Perform daily preventative maintenance (PM) on industrial dryers and other specialized machinery to ensure continuous and efficient production. Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues on complex equipment. Conduct general building maintenance, including plumbing tasks and light fabrication work. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work, track findings, and manage preventative maintenance schedules. Operate scissor lifts and other tools to complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on critical needs. Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to communicate equipment status and maintenance updates.
