Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of fencing including vinyl, wood, chain link, and aluminum. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness and customer service are essential. Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus to help with customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrive on time and ready to work each day Follow instructions from the Installation & Crew Foreman Install a variety of fencing types: vinyl, wood, chain link, aluminum Remove old fencing and debris; prepare job sites Mix and pour concrete into post holes Measure, cut, and install fence posts and rails Inspect work for accuracy and quality Clean job site and remove waste materials Reload and secure materials on the truck upon job completion Unload and clean truck at the shop as directed Support other operations as needed Conduct a final walk-through with the customer to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

Must pass a background check (required) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) Prior fencing installation experience preferred Familiarity with fencing tools (e.g., diggers, saws, drills, levels) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors for extended periods Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
