Handyman/Construction FleetX LLC Lake Alfred, FL Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various maintenance person duties. This role is essential for ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional, providing a safe and comfortable environment for occupants. Duties Perform repairs on residential properties Conduct routine inspections to identify issues requiring attention. Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical tasks. Complete tasks such as demo, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment including an ohmmeter. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects when necessary. Valid driver’s license and own Transportation required.
