Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs Help complete work orders and routine property upkeep Support preventative maintenance tasks and inspections Maintain clean and safe common areas

Requirements:

Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred Willingness to learn and work with a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Must be available for on-call maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education and/or field experience Computer skills and knowledge of hardware & software required: Basic knowledge of work orders and computers. Certifications & licenses (i.e. Series 6 & 63, CPA, etc.): Valid driver’s license and minimum automobile liability coverage

Position Demands:

Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects Ability to use ladders and scaffolds in a safe and approved manner Ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, grasp and lift a minimum of 75 pounds Willingness to adjust work schedule to finish major project assignments Able to handle on call emergencies during work and nonwork hours Reliable transportation required
