Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician at a laundry and linen plant, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all mechanical and electrical systems within our facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial machines, an understanding of electrical schematics, and the ability to work with electrical wiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs and installations. Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Run and install electrical wiring and components. Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment. Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in equipment maintenance, including hands-on troubleshooting and repairs. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Experience running electrical wiring and installing electrical components. Technical expertise in machinery maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
