The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and customer service, as well as the ability to supervise and lead projects when necessary. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to timelines. Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot electrical systems and logic controllers, interpreting schematics to resolve issues efficiently. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents. Supervise maintenance staff during larger projects, ensuring tasks are completed safely and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting logic controllers. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication in English. Experience with supervising teams or projects is preferred.
