Duties include cleaning out items left in vacant apartments, painting, daily grounds upkeep, completing work orders, turning vacant units, and other tasks as needed. Work is hands on and mostly independent in nature. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, own tools, and EPA certified. Must have maintenance experience and AC repair experience. Spanish Speaking preferred.
