Job Description
Property Maintenance Koren Riley Auburndale, FL 33823 This is a Part Time role! Must be able to start immediately!
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 1:30pm
Pay:
$18-20 an hour

This will be a Manufactured Homes community located in
Auburndale, FL Duties:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules. Operate logic controllers for automated systems, ensuring optimal performance. Use an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems. Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff or clients regarding maintenance needs. Conduct residential painting tasks as required for facility upkeep. Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding junior staff or assisting in training new team members. Perform welding tasks when necessary to repair or fabricate equipment.
