Handyman Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in one or more trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, or general construction. You will be responsible for completing a wide range of repair, installation, renovations, and maintenance tasks with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled trade work including repairs, installations, renovations, and maintenance tasks
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Diagnose issues and determine effective repair or construction solutions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients as needed
• Complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience in one or more skilled trades (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED; vocational training or certifications a plus

Ideal Qualifications:

• OSHA certification
• Trade-specific licenses (e.g., journeyman electrician, plumber)
• Experience with residential and commercial projects Principals only.
