Septic Tank Installer Jones Septic of Florida Inc. 1861 County Rd 308, Crescent City, FL 32112 We are looking for a skilled and dependable individual to join our team as a Septic Tank and Drainfield Installer. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of septic systems and drainfields, ensuring they meet all local codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in excavation, plumbing, and system installation, with the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. •
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain septic tanks, drainfields, and associated components. Dig and prepare sites for septic tank installation using excavation equipment. Connect septic systems to plumbing and ensure proper system functionality. Conduct system inspections and tests to verify installations meet local codes and regulations. Operate heavy machinery and tools to complete installations safely and efficiently. Ensure work is completed according to safety standards and environmental guidelines. Communicate with clients regarding system options, maintenance, and system status. Perform general maintenance and repairs on septic systems as needed. Keep accurate records of job progress and service reports.
Requirements:
Experience in septic system installation or a related field is preferred. Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus. Ability to operate excavation and construction equipment (e.g., backhoes, trenchers). Strong knowledge of septic system installation codes and regulations. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
