Job Description:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, appliances, and systems to identify and resolve issues promptly. Perform preventive maintenance to avoid costly repairs and ensure optimal property operations. Address work orders efficiently and document completed tasks. Prepare vacant units for new residents, including minor repairs and cleaning. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain the upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
Position Requirements:
Flexibility to handle emergency maintenance requests, if needed. Proficiency in basic repair and maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry). Familiarity with property management software or maintenance tracking tools is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
