Currently doing some handyman work and I need help with that too. Looking for the right guy. Must have transportation, you own vehicle, not your mom’s or girlfriend’s car Must be presentable,professional and able to communicate Must be able to walk on roofs so we can clean gutters, roofs, chimneys You must have a good back, it’s a lot of bending over, picking stuff up. Must be able to handle the hot Florida sun Drug free work place. If you have a medical card for 420 that’s ok

!!!!!! I prefer non smokers. Looking for someone motivated to being a manager. The pressure washing, sealing pavers, pool service is the direction my services are headed. I’m slowly dropping the handyman services I pay people what they are worth. You’ll need to show me you can do a job before I pay you a lot. I’m not going to pay someone a lot to watch me show you how I like the job done. When YOU can do a job start to finish without me being there is when you get the raises. I don’t make money supervising people. I get paid when the jobs are done. It would be nice to have someone able to help get new customers and be able to bid jobs. I basically need a sidekick who wants a good job, for years to come. Maybe even purchase the companies from me in the future, who knows. Principals only.
