Maintenance Technician – University Park 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 6001 Medici Court, Sarasota, FL 34243 We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our community in Sarasota FL. TGM acquires and manages apartment properties throughout the U.S. on behalf of our investors.

• Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders.
• Rectify all maintenance problems during the workday.
• Responsible for general clean-up of the community.
• Be available for after hour’s emergency calls on a rotational basis.
• Be able to provide your own basic hand tools.
• Will perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Must have previous experience in most areas of maintenance and repairs. Must have a good history of job dependability and performance. Must have experience in the use of maintenance equipment and tools. Must have valid driver’s license. Must have HVAC Type II Certification.
