WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Pool Renovation Technician, you’ll be hands-on in transforming residential and commercial pools into beautiful, high-quality spaces.
Your day-to-day will include:
Draining pools and preparing surfaces for renovation Removing old tile and chipping out delaminated areas Acid washing and applying bond coats Assisting in tile installation and resurfacing Ensuring quality workmanship and top-tier customer satisfaction

Required:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in the Florida sun A valid driver’s license (clean record required) Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Preferred (but not required): Prior experience in pool renovations, repair, or maintenance Plumbing or construction experience Leak diagnosis and skimmer installation skills SCUBA certification or underwater repair experience Network or Wi-Fi troubleshooting knowledge for pool automation systems
