Performs general maintenance duties, including large and small scale painting, dry wall tape and finish, laminating, carpentry, and woodwork. Functions independently within scope of abilities. Participates in projects as part of a work team. •Salary will be determined depending on qualifications of candidates who exceed the minimum requirements as outlined within the job description. •Additional compensation based on licensure. Minimum Qualifications Completion of high school/GED and two (2) years experience. Additional Requirements Ability to perform mathematical computations. Basic computer knowledge. Basic blueprint reading. Ability to operate various tools, both manual and power. Ability to use and repair small, medium, and heavy equipment and machinery. Must possess and maintain a Florida Driver’s License.
