Are you a skilled and reliable individual who takes pride in their work? We are seeking a motivated individual for continuous Service calls and projects. Mostly Plumbing and Renovations along with maintenance repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical and Plumbing services
- Perform all aspects of bathroom, kitchen and general renovations
- Install, repair, and paint drywall
- Set wall and floor tile
- Install and repair cabinetry
- Doors and Windows
- Irrigation repairs
- Set up and break down the job site daily
- Help with demolition, hauling debris, and maintaining a clean worksite
Qualifications:
- Solid Experience in the following
- Plumbing
- Electric
- drywall installation, repair, painting
- installing doors and windows
- tile work
- cabinet installation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (up to 80 lbs.)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites
- Possession of basic tools required
- Familiar with Reports, and booking system.
- Capacity to upsell services
- Willing to do Service calls
