Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking skilled Electrical PLC Technicians to join our team for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role involves working with cutting-edge automation technology in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on PLC systems. Conduct electrical and preventative maintenance tasks. Handle PLC troubleshooting and maintenance effectively. Work with photo eye sensors and robotics systems. Utilize automation and CMMS for efficient operations. Conduct electrical troubleshooting including ladder logic. Maintain conveyor systems and ensure food manufacturing standards. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as required. Essential Skills Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience with electrical troubleshooting and photo eye sensors. Knowledge of automation troubleshooting and robotics. Ability to work with ladder logic and Siemens systems. Competency in preventative and corrective maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with conveyor maintenance and automation. Understanding of photo eye sensors and VFDs. Ability to work with 3 phase motors and 480 volts. Paying $28-$34/hr. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanford, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $34.00/hr.
