We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance for a portfolio of over 110 residential and commercial units.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine repairs and maintenance, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work Respond to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain communication with office staff and tenants as needed

Requirements:

Experience with general maintenance and repair work Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided for work duties) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
