Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper The Landing Condominium Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance, and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot, clean, blow and dust outside of buildings. Job entails walking three flights of stairs to clean or put out Notices. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Job requires some cleaning, picking up trash around the property, emptying doggy stations etc. Conduct inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including the use of an Ohmmeter for electrical testing. Fabricate parts or components as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Drivers License will use a golf cart. Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
