LazyLadd Pools & Spas is Central Florida’s premier pool repair and leak detection company, and we’re looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our growing team. We specialize in pool repairs, leak detection, equipment installs, and minor construction projects — and we treat our customers like family. Responsibilities:

Assist with pool repairs (plumbing, equipment installation, concrete patching, tile repairs, etc.) Perform minor construction tasks as needed Help with pool and spa leak detection procedures (training provided) Maintain a clean, professional job site Communicate respectfully with customers and teammates Follow safety protocols and company standards

Skills & Requirements:

Must be comfortable working outdoors year-round Ability to lift 75+ pounds, bend, kneel, and work on hands and knees when needed Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be dependable and show up on time Construction experience preferred (but not required — we will train the right person) Paid training Room for growth into lead technician role Why Join LazyLadd Pools & Spas?
