M-Fri 8:30 – 5PM Responsibilities include: Walking the Clubhouse and other common elements to look for items that need repair/replacement Coordinating service with contractors for repairs and other work. Assisting with setup/breakdown events and assisting other POA team members, which requires flexible hours Good communication, and presentation are important due to frequent visibility and interaction with homeowners; good with follow-ups and time management. We are looking for someone to represent and support the management company and property manager as best as possible. Team player!
