To be responsible for the full scope of maintenance of the plant and equipment of Hotpie Inc. To assist in conjunction with others, the optimization of the patty manufacturing process.

Principle Accountabilities:

To be responsible for both mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance issues around the factory. Undertake planned maintenance, breakdown repair and condition monitoring activities of plant and equipment. Report and confer with management on status of machine breakdowns. Enter work orders, parts and equipment with full descriptions and resolutions in a timely manner. Perform general administration tasks as necessary. Keep inventory of parts and spare parts. Proactively identify and implement improvements to operational machine and resource efficiencies and continue to promote an improvement culture for the company. Manage sub contractors’ tasks and projects and assist them if necessary. Responsible for ensuring that a clean, tidy and hazard free working environment is maintained to defined standards. Speak to technicians from equipment companies about equipment nuances, fixes and adjustments. Learn the basic function of all pieces of equipment in the factory.

Skills Needed:

Should be mechanically inclined and like to figure out how to fix issues. Should have a good knowledge of tools, devices, and measurement (metric and standard). Should have craftsmanship, be creative, meticulous and careful. Having certifications in mechanical, electrical and/or equipment is a plus. Must have at least 10 years experience in repair and maintenance. Skills to be
