$32.3K – $40.6K a year 1 day ago Qualifications English Electrical experience HVAC Entry level Full Job Description Maintenance tech needed for apartment complex. MUST be HONEST,DEPENDABLE, have plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance knowledge and experience. MUST be able and willing to work. Must be able to speak english. Will have to pass background and Drug Tests. Prefer one to have a truck, and some tools. This is a Mon thru Fri with on call possible and compensation. Be able to live on site in a one bedroom apt. No animals allowed.
