Full Job Description Overview:

We’re a small but growing property maintenance business looking for a reliable and hardworking technician to join the team. This position includes pool cleaning and pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida. You’ll begin by working directly alongside the owner to learn the routes, equipment, and service standards. After training, you’ll take over your own schedule and complete daily jobs independently using a company vehicle and equipment. This is an active, hands-on role, and additional exterior maintenance tasks may occasionally be required—such as gutter cleaning, window cleaning, paver sealing, or roof cleaning.

Responsibilities:

Test water quality and add chemicals as needed to balance pH, chlorine, and other levels Skim, vacuum, and brush pool surfaces and tiles Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators Empty skimmer and pump baskets Identify and report any issues requiring repair Communicate professionally with clients about service performed and recommended follow-ups Keep accurate service logs and reports Drive safely between service locations What to
