Are you an experienced maintenance technician looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a growing property management firm in beautiful Daytona Beach, FL? Join a dynamic and expanding team as a Building Maintenance Technician , supporting apartment communities with a company known for its high employee retention and strong team-oriented culture. You’ll work on a variety of projects across multiple properties—never a dull day—and enjoy the support of a company that values quality workmanship and efficiency. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Building Maintenance Technician position include: Minimum 3 years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent field High school diploma or trade school required Must have dependable personal vehicle and provide proof of liability insurance General apartment maintenance skills including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment Willingness to travel between properties and work occasional emergency overtime Must pass a drug test and criminal background check Responsible for completing repair requests, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring property conditions meet company guidelines
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed for emergencies
Salary:
$18.00 – $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
