Handyman Acanthus Construction, LLC DeLand, FL 32724 Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repairs and maintenance, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of work. Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action for repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used for each job. Experience Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
