3:15pm to 11:15pm,
Monday-Friday Pay Rate:
$27.00/Hour on W2
Summary:
The industrial maintenance technician is responsible for safely supporting Deland’s maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of all machinery and equipment within the plant. Our Maintenance Technicians work with minimal supervision while providing manufacturing technical support to department engineers and designers. Key responsibilities/essential functions include performing electrical repairs and installations, interfacing with production operators to ensure equipment readiness and performance and performing preventative and predictive maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance concepts. Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience at journeyman level and in like work centers. Knowledge of three (3) phase industrial electricity and power distribution. Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs., stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods. Must be able to read and write simple statements. Ability to make decisions and have sound judgment. Experience working with steel microfibers, maintaining CNC and PLC machines, and working with low voltage controls in a heavy manufacturing environment is desired.
