A Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production equipment by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs. This role often involves both hands-on work and collaboration with other teams to optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Repair or replace faulty components and equipment.
Preventive Maintenance:
  • Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance activities.
Documentation:
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance history and spare parts inventory.
Collaboration:
