Job Description
⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Need Maintenance person (Macon) compensation: $ seeking a reliable and skilled maintenance worker for various projects, including:
- Removing old cabinets and installing new ones
- Installing baseboards (as needed)
- Replacing door jambs and repairing doors
- Replacing and repairing windows
- Replacing shower and kitchen faucets
- Possible bathroom tub replacement or bathtub refinishing
- Bathroom vanity replacement
- Light tile work (repairs and installation)
- Performing light cleaning duties
- Trash removal (both inside and outside)
- Handling light landscaping (mowing grass, basic yard upkeep)
- Painting (interior and exterior touch-ups)
- Electrical work is a plus (preferred but not required)
Requirements:
- Must have your own basic tools
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Prior experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, or related work preferred This is a project-based position with the possibility of ongoing work for the right person.
