Statesboro, GA 30458 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and customer service, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and solutions. This role requires a blend of mechanical knowledge and technical expertise, making it essential for the technician to be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various systems. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, ensuring all work meets safety standards. Supervise and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Conduct inspections and diagnostics using tools such as Ohmmeters to identify issues in electrical systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Execute residential painting tasks as needed, maintaining high-quality standards. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve problems with equipment and systems. Collaborate with other technicians to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with logic controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical components is essential. Experience in welding is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when supervising others.
